Yes, it's from the MSI website and I've tried extracting via Windows 10, 7zip, and Zip Extractor. Windows 10 shows the .zip to be "empty", while 7zip and Zip Extractor DO extract an .exe file that then shows as corrupt. So I went to the Windows app store and installed from there and it works.
