Itunes for laptop

Dear all,since a few days, ITunes 12.3.2 (64bit) didn't start on my Laptop. Means connect my iphone 6 to my Laptop, Windows 7 (64 bit, all updates in) see my iphone and i can use/and see the iphone via Windows Explorer (have Access to the photo's). So i can ensure that the Connection to the phone works.Normaly after i connected my phone to the Laptop ITunes opens automaticly. But since a few days, ITunes dont opens. I did no updates on the Laptop or similar. When i look into the Windows Task Manager i can see, when i start iTunes, that in the Task Manager iTunes.exe if for 1-2 seconds vissible but then it's shuted down automaticly. Hi all,Starting a few days ago when plugging in my iPhone to my Windows 11 laptop, iTunes no longer recognises the device. I'm unable to backup the phone to my laptop, or sync new music, books, etc. but I can't seem to see much having changed in my laptop software/hardware.When plugging in the iPhone, windows recognises this as a device and I can see my photos stored in their DCIM folders. It's just iTunes would normally show the phone icon/menu in the top left and that's no longer the case. See attached screenshot.I've tried updating/uninstalling the Apple Mobile Device USB drivers, windows 11/iTunes are both up to date, both laptop & iPhone have been restarted. My laptop only has two USB ports, and I've tried both with the two USB:Lightning cables I own. I have also reset the Location/Privacy settings on my iPhone to ensure the "trust" prompt comes up when plugging into laptop.The only thing I won't do in this instance is update my iPhone software. It's in a pretty outdated state and ultimately I'm aware I need a new phone at this stage. Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question. When I add a file of songs to Itunes it is only renaming about half the songs on my Dell PC. However, when I do the exact same thing on my HP laptop they all get renamed correctly. This is frustrating because I have to manually rename the songs and that takes time. When I import songs into iTunes (using Keep iTunes Music Folder Organized & Copy File to iTunes Music Folder when adding to library) some of the tracks get renamed and some do not. I don't wish to use iTunes as it will wipe my iPhone data during the syncing process. Is there any other way to transfer the movies from my laptop to iPhone without iTunes sync?
